Winter Hill is a golden ale, with subtle fruity undertones and a bitter sweet finish with hints of caramel malt, a true favourite for the traditional British drinker.
Sheephouse 4.2% abv.
Sheephouse, named after the infamous Sheephouse lane, Horwich, it is a pale ale with New Zealand hops alongside British Hops, to create a wonderfully zesty flavour with hints of lime and a peachy aroma.
Underdog 6% abv
Underdog, initially brewed as a Winter Special, this became a real favourite in some of our local establishments. Its strength is balanced by a dangerously sweet easy drinking treacle flavour, and hints of malty chocolate.
Dirty Harry4.5% abv
Dirty Harry, is a refreshing amber ale, the use of Rye alongside wheat and pale malt provides a full bodied taste sensation, hints of caramel on the palate mixed with a hoppy finish provided by cascade hops.
The Last Drop 3.6% abv
The Last Drop is a classic English Pale Ale, triple hopped from English varieties of Cascade, Fuggles and Goldings. Full on flavour, pale in colour, with hints of caramel malt and a creamy mouthfeel, at 3.6% its the perfect session ale for summer!
Reenys Beans 4% abv
Reenys Beans is a delightful collaboration between coffee and beer to produce a mild that is dark in colour, rich in coffee and provides a full bodied mouthfeel with a subtle sweetness from the addition of lactose.
Funky Monkey 5.5% abv
Funky Monkey is our first American IPA, we've not gone easy on the hops, and the result is a super charged classic American IPA that packs a real punch.
Wilhelmina is our ode to the aptly named Princess of Orange, a strong and independent lady that is well represented by this spicy ale, with subtle hints of citrus and ginger.
Rub a Dub Dub 6%
Rub a dub dub is packed with tropical fruit flavours and dry hopped with El Dorado hops. Named to represent the addition of Kev to Northern Monkey, now theres '3 men in a tub'.
Supera Moras 3.8%
Named to reflect the motto of our home town, Bolton and fittingly translates 'to overcome difficulties', marks the opening of our new brewery and bar after long delays. Not to mention the beer itself is an easy drinking traditional ale using English hops and we feel has all the hallmarks of a quality beer that marks the latest chapter in our story.

A common local saying to display frustration. The only time we like to hear it is either when ordering a pint of its namesake or when its run out! Its a delicious pale ale, generously hopped with Citra and balanced with a good malty base, already a firm favourite.
